Problems with exporting to Premiere Pro CC

I made some scenes with puppets in adobe Character Animator and now I tried to export it to premiere pro cc. But the video lags on premiere pro CC and I have no clue what the reason is. The audio is running smooth but the mouth and the movements from the puppets are lagging.

In Adobe Premiere I did sequence Render selection and it solved it but it took like an half hour that is very long and a few weeks ago it worked fine by just putting it in.

That's interesting because your Computer Specs is good.

Will rendering it through Media Encoder first, and then import the rendered video to the Premiere Pro help?
