Pupils floating randomly around the face

Everything seems to be working except the pupils. They are just floating around the face. Strange. I have a screen video but not sure how to upload here.

Any suggestions on how to restrain the pupils? I've never had this happen before.

Things look set up correctly - are left eyeball and right eyeball definitely just the whites of the eyes? And both are tagged as their respective left/right pupil range? Sometimes I've found tagging the Left Eye or Right Eye group as pupil range instead can help in limited cases.
