Puppet disappear when face and body tracking are on

Hi, my puppet disappear when i turn on face tracking. and it becomes worse when i turned on body tracking to. do you know how to solve this problem? or maybe it is a bug?

Could we see the rigging hierarchy for your puppet? It almost looks like it's trying to do a head turn but those frames aren't there?

Here is the rigging part. Do you think because i put the name tag here as "right quarter"? so when the body is trying to do front position, the frame is not there?
