Puppet Maker Panel doesn't exist on home screen?

Just watched YouTube videos on Puppet Maker. Looks cool. So I download the most recent version of Character Animator. Open it up to the home screen. Look under both Starter and Pro profiles and is there a Puppet Maker panel in the middle, just as Adobe says there should be? No. No there is not. 

Is it discontinued? Hidden? Freshly integrated into some other part of the app or split off into it's own? 

Any ideas? Attached a screenshot to show I'm not making this up.

It's the one with the purple background.

Did you find the puppet maker?  I know iam a newbe but I can't find anything with a purple back ground

If you change the screen to pro mode
Puppet Maker appears.

I really wanted pro and was willing to pay, but only option is to by an expensive group. I already bought photoshop
