Could you show us a screenshot of your rig hierarchy? Looking at the PSD doesn't really show us what possible problems you're having in CH.

Thank you for replying i actually figured out why it was doing that but I have a new problem, bare with me I am actually learning Thank You very much. My new problem is I am trying to rig a dog that I put into seperate layers. I tried to rig all the dog's legs as leg tags i dont know if i was suppose to do that. I need for the dog to walk and I added cycle layers for a bite  and growl which you can see in the Head folder. I got the cycle layers to work but im not understanding how to have the default face showing before i hit the trigger. I am also using shareable eyes for the default face which is why you're not going to see eyes on the default face in the PSD file i attached. I need for the shareable eyes to disappear when i trigger the cycle layer for growl and bite because growl and bite has eyes drawn into the illustration already. I hope i explained myself properly for you to understand. Can you help me i attached the PSD file plus screenshots.
