hey i'm facing a problem with my character. while working on a walk cycle, the seems to be sticking to the head and torso so its looking weirdly distorted when i turn the characters head.the neck is on a separate layer in the head group, i tried making it independent but it didn't help. Any help?

Can you share a screenshot of the rigging hierarchy? It is usually a stray handle or incorrect tag causing the wrong behavior to take over control of something.

Yes i actually discovered that it was a mouth tag that was causing the warping so once i untagged it , it was fixed. Thanks.
