Question about the System requirement for Character animator

My computer is weak (I intend to upgrade later when I have some money) anyway, I would like to know if character animator can work in a virtual machine or like a VPS, if yes what VPS system requirements would be needed to use character animator?

Here are the system requirements for CH, but I know that it has a hard time with project files that are virtual, so you need to be aware of that. Adobe Character Animator System Requirements
