Random jumping and stretching

I'm creating my first puppet from scratch and have been following the online tutorial.  I created him in photoshop and imported him into Character Animator.  Everything seems fine for the first few seconds and then the puppet jumps to the right of the screen and stretches a little bit then pops back.  This random movement gets captured when I record also.  It's very frustrating.  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

Could you record a video of CH showing this? A few seconds is all that is needed. Otherwise, if you can record a scene like this can you screenshot the timeline?

There are different possible reasons. E.g. if using the web cam but the lighting is not very good. Another reason is if you jump from one value to another (e.g. you have two adjacent takes without blending to transition) it can overeact. Seeing the timeline might give some hints here as to what is happening near the frame where the jump occurs.

If it is a single continuous recording.... Ummm.... well, let’s start with the above! Lol!
