Resizing & Dragging Character

Hello,

I'm new to Animator and looking to resize a puppet and drag it to the corner of the scene. However, anytime I try to click and drag the character, it remains rooted to the spot in the centre of the screen.  Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated!

Converted Japanese to English with software.

In recording mode
There is a tab on the right side to adjust the transform behavior.
By adjusting its value, you can change the scale and the position of the puppet.
