Resizing pre-made characters

I am a major NOVICE with this program and I am trying to create a layered scene using the Red Monster that I have edited.  I need to make him smaller so he fits in the scene but when I click on him, the properties do not show height or width. Help me, please!

Add a "Transform" behavior to the puppet then you have Position X/Y and Scale you can use to position and scale the puppet in the scene.
