Reversed X position (scale x in transform behavior) is not working somehow!

So this is the picture of the two puppets direction (3/4 view):

Then I want to reverse their direction simply by changing the X scale value from 100% to -100% and only 1 puppet works the way it should be while the other one is completely disappear from the scene. Just why?

Why puppets disappear at X scale-100%?
Probably because the crown mark on the original layer of the puppet is not checked.
