lip sync is registering two of the mouth, but none of the rest when I speak.

Japanese was converted to English using translation software.
Good evening. I downloaded your puppet and looked at it in detail.
There were many head tags added and many mouth group tags.
I also fixed some of the arm rigging.
First of all, I think you should make a simple puppet until you get used to it, rather than adding many features all at once.

Hello,

Yes I just added the head tags right before sending you the puppet after watching a hair tutorial, to see if maybe the hair was effecting the arms. Not sure about the mouth, it was working.
