Right Arm won't move above shoulder

So I've rigged the left arm identical as far as I can tell to the right arm, but I cannot get the left arm to drag above the shoulder of the puppet.

Help would be soooooo appreciated

Can you share a screenshot of the rigging panel? I can see two differences in the arms. First, the stick positions are different at tthe shoulder joint. Second one arm elbow seems to have two handles and the other one handle? See the origin handle is at teh elbow on one arm? i think that might be the problem - you need to move the arm origin up to the shoulder

Make sure the Right hand is independent and sure you trigger it on
