Save Entire Character Animator Project to Hard Drive

Hi

I've paid someone else to do an animation for me. They have been using the online character animator. I may have a need in the future to edit it. How do we download the entire project for backup to a hard drive?

I have never heard of an online version of Adobe Character Animator- can you provide more information? Projects are basically a directory of files on disk. Artwork files can be in a different directory is the only gotcha.
