I wanted to select many puppets in the timeline to activate and use all their triggers at the same time. I stumble on this thing where I can just drag whole puppets into another puppets rig layers. This puppet then becomes a shareable file or a nested puppet I suppose. I can trigger them all this way while kind of keeping them separate puppets still. Is this how it is intended to be used or do I have it wrong?

Another way is to simply hold down the shift key when selecting the puppet in your timeline to select multiple puppets. With multiple puppets selected, you can use all of their triggers simultaneously.

Right right. That was what I was originally doing but then I'd lose all of my behavior options on the right. If I nest everything in my main puppet then I'm able to adjust all the behaviors while I'm live and use all their triggers simultaneously. All while keeping everything as separate AI files.
