Hello,

There are certain scenes where we would like to be able to show the back of a character (walking to a door, talking to someone, etc.) rather than just looking straight forward or to the side. CA doesn't appear to offer a built-in reverse pose. Has anyone been able to find a workaround to accomplish this? Thanks!

Cheers

You just need to alter your .spd or .ai file so that you are adding another "costume." For example. you will turn off the background layer for the head, and turn on a new layer -- hair.  You will turn off the shirt front and turn on a new layer, the shirt back. You can all of the new layers to a single trigger so that, conceiably, you can make it look like he's turning.

Imagine that the trigger for the back view is B (for back). All back view art would be added to that. Then the trigger for teh 1/4 view (head and body) could be Q. The trigger for profile could be P. I'm assuming that the front view for both head and body would be your default. Take care that none of these triggers are set to "Latch."

So, as the scene is playing and you are looking at your default front view, press and hold Q, P, and B in succession. Then, to turn your character around again, press and hold in succession P and  Q. Then release the triggers.

Clarification. "spd" is a typo. "psd."
