Simple linking of position to triggers

I feel like this shouln't be too complicated. I have a picture that is linked to 9 triggers on my keyboard, which needs to correspond to 9 different positions on screen. The picture is also eventually going to be linked to a swap set due so it can change, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this without creating 9 copies of the image in the photoshop file, and then several more veersions for every location/variation.

I see there's a transform behavior, can't I just link a trigger to that?

You might like to look at Replays. You can record a Transform, then use a trigger to fire off the replay. That might achieve what you are after.

Otherwise you are right - you need lots of combinations in the artwork file... although there might be a way of using "shared puppets" to avoid much of the duplication.

But I would go for replays and the Transform behavior myself.
