We have been using character animator very successfully. Amazing - blown away.
BUT we have a new character that is rendering really slowly.
We think it may be due to too many layers in photoshop or too much shading on parts.
I don't know if the following helps.
How can we make the character easier to use? Instead of so many layers can we just "chop" him into pngs ie: the arm would have no layers - it would just be a png - one piece.
the fewer layers, the faster it works.
