Staggered movement?

Currently the head movement is smooth by default. Is it possible to achieve "staggered" movement of the head?

I want to achieve a more "jerky" movement, with any head moves applied point to point every 4 frames.

But importantly the eyes or mouth movement should not be affected in this "staggered" way.

Any advice appreciated!

Not really now, but the next upcoming release will make this easier, see https://youtu.be/8GybEoT9PrM?t=5m36s . If you turned down smoothness and p2p movement in the face, it would be pretty jerky. The rest of the facial features would still run smoothly, but be carried by the staggered head. It's amazing how two sliders can really change the quality of animation.
