Struggling to make the eyes blink the way I want to

Im not sure how to keep the eyelashes above the face layer but then make them dissapear and go to closed when the eyes blink.

I tried to download the file just now but it said it did not exist. Could be permissions or maybe you removed it. Hopefully you got it working!
