syntax error

it keeps crash with the SyntaxError when i am trying its functions at the right panel. After that the tested character becomes still and not following my action anymore. Any advice for me to fix it up?

yes, same situation happened on other characters that provided by adobe.

Strange - yeah that shouldn't happen. Is it possible to list or take a screenshot of your system hardware (OS, processor, memory, graphics card, etc)?

i am using laptop to open the software. here you go. (add hard disk info: 256gb SSD)

Do you have an anti-virus program running? If so, try turning it off to see if that fixes the problem. If that does fix it, mark the Documents/Adobe/Character Animator folder (or wherever you store your Ch projects) as a directory to not scan.

Oh, and once this problem has happened once, you may need to Alt-click on the Refresh button () at the bottom of the scene panel to clear out the bad file.

hi, firstly, thank you for your advice. i just restarted my project recently. however, I updated the version and tried the method you mentioned before but still the situation keeps happening.
