Touch Input Bug for Drag Behavior

Since the update to 4.0 my Surface Book 2 touchscreen is having major issues when I try to us it for the drag function. The application isn't sure if I'm using the mouse or touch screen and then creates really weird/unwanted behavior (1 section of the body part being dragged moves but the rest doesn't).

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how have you fixed it?

I use an external mouse and tried >12 times unplugging it are various times throughout the workflow but none seem to be working. This is a major issue for me due to my use case. I use the touch screen constantly.

Thanks.

Am I the only person having this issue? It's a major frustration. I have narrowed it down to only happening during recording at a speed less than 1.

Sorry to hear about that. So this is only happening at slower recording speeds? That is very strange - I haven't heard of that before, it should just work. I'm assuming the Surface 2 falls in line with our recommended specs.

If it's possible to post a video of what's happening, that could help us isolate the bug.
