I realized that hands (built like example models of CA, dragger on hand piece)
are actually able to be zoomed using 2fingers
but I don't know if it's a bug, it is not possible to zoom 2hands at the same time
only 1hand can be zoomed
(My tablet is multi point touch supported tablet and I am able to play piano with it)
(Both hands are built in the same way, both hands are zoomable but not at the same time
I can zoom them one by one but not both)
Also, hand which is zoomed in or zoomed out cannot be re-zoomed in or out again...
The only way to reset the size of the hand is to use dragger option to make it to it's default position.
(return to rest)
Has anyone tried to rig hands using touch option ?
Are you having same zoom in out issue like me ? (Can be zoomed just once, cant rig both hand)

Hmmmm, perhaps I do not fully understand your problem. However, do you think you could use a "scene camera" to do your zooming. Or is it that you are enlarging only one part of the puppet. I have used the "Scene Camera" to great effect.

Yes I am trying to enlarge only one part of the puppet
I have never tried to use the scene camera yet
I gotta consider trying scene camera one day, thank you for your suggestion !

Hmm, two-finger "pinch-to-scale" zooming of Draggable handles for the Chloe example puppet seems to be working for me -- using both of my hands to scale both of her hands at the same time, or one after the other -- using CH 3.3.1. I'm dragging on a Dell laptop's touchscreen; Windows 10 1909.
What version of Character Animator and the OS are you running?
If when it stops being able to be scaled, can you drag with a single finger to move it, or is that also failing?

Wow did it work for you ? Scaling both hands at the same time ?
I am also using CH 3.3.1 windows 10 home 1909
"If when it stops being able to be scaled, can you drag with a single finger to move it, or is that also faliing ?"

Happened both for me. When it stops being able to be scaled, sometime it refused to move
(not draggable at all !) and sometime I could drag and move.
Didn't rescaling work at your end neither ?
I haven't wrote it in the main post to avoid the confusion but I think I need to write this just in case
I also noticed that when it stops being able to be scaled, OR when I scale the hand,
hand is rotating in some weird angle (kinda flip 180 degrees)
but I think the problem of hand rotation is due to my fault and I think it's fixable on my end

Yeah, I can scale both hands at the same time on my touchscreen.
It's odd that it stops being draggable. There was an issue that was fixed a few versions back, but I'm wondering if some variation of the issue is still present.
If when it stops responding, are you able to get it to work again by either resizing the Scene panel or moving the playhead in time? Or is the only way to get it to respond again is if you deselect and then re-select the puppet track, or refresh the scene?

Only way to get it to respond again is to deslect and re-select the puppet track
once scaled, If I lost control of the dragger and hand won't move anymore = I need to deselect and reselect the puppet track

What's the make & model of your touchscreen?
I only have a single touchscreen device here, so will need to ask around to see if anyone else can reproduce the issue.

It's Cintiq pro 24inch touch model
How did you manage to scale both hand at the same time using a single touch screen ? o_O In my knowledge it requires at least 4fingers (2 fingers for one hand each) was I doing something wrong ?

Yeah, I used my thumb & index fingers on each hand (e.g., pinch-style gestures). My laptop's display supports maybe 10 touch points? I couldn't tell from the Wacom site if the Cintiq Pro 24-inch Touch supported 4+ touch points in Windows or not, but since you said you have a piano app that works on it, it does support multiple touch points?

yep it says that it supports 10 touch points
I could check this at windows 10 device info
