Trigger moves selected layer up or down 1 level

A solution that could really reduce the amount of arm versions would be to make an option to trigger a layer and move it to predetermined desination within a group.

See diagram below. Imagine if you could move the arms from behind the torso to in front or even in front of face with a simple trigger. You guys can code that easily.

I currently have to make my puppets sharable, then make 2 copies for this trick, and this is just one profile view. This bogs down the software with redundant behaviors unnecessarily and also makes for alot of extra work.

This could also simplify body turns. With the above suggestion combined with a torso and leg swap set, you would only need 1 profile and it would lighten the load severely.

Example:

+Torso

The workarounds we have to do to make CA better ends up bogging down performance speeds. Fix the need for workarounds and make sharable items more componentized and this will make everyone happy.  Less work, less stress, less compromise on our creative visions.
