Trying to live stream an avatar on Adobe character anime

When I try to live  stream my avatar from Adobe character anime on YouTube the avatar runs slowly very laggy. What is the best GPU (Graphics card) for my gaming Pc to live stream ?!  I attached my gaming pc to this thread as an attachment
