Unable to create new puppet.

Hi everyone,

I tried 3 to 4 times to create a new puppet but unfortunately, I am getting an error attached and unable to create so anyone can tell me how to resolve this issue?

I haven't seen that one before, strange. Is this only happening with Characterizer? If so maybe I'd suggest unistalling and reinstalling CH to see if it works, seems like something is not where it's expected to be.
