I installed Character Animator 3.0 but when I attempt to open it the splash screen comes up,  a few items start to load and it then dies.   Verse 2.1.1 still works.  I uninstalled 3.0 rebooted and reinstalled same problem.

Any suggestions?

I heard that you solved this by removing an outdated plug-in. I'll mark this as correct.

Thanks for sharing the feedback with the system details. Could you start a discussion for Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects on their respective communities?

Here're the links.

After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/After-Effects/bd-p/after-effects

Please share the URL with us. I'll make sure it gets addressed.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that. I'm using similar set-up of the hardware specifications on my computer and all the latest versions of the Adobe applications are working fine at my end.

Have you tried reinstalling the application from the Creative Cloud desktop application? A fresh install may change things.

Let us know the outcome. 🙂

Thanks,

Shivangi
