video is strucking while playing in adobe charector animate

I recently installed adobe character animate, i started with tutorial in it.

When i started playing video, it is stucking and audio also.

Hi! Sorry you are having a problem. Could you provide some more details about what you were doing and what was going wrong? Screenshots can often help as well. But there is not enough information here for me to understand what the problem is.
