Video scene possible?

Is there a way to import a video as a background? I'd like to time my character's actions to things that happen in the video. Thanks!

No. I think that makes a lot of sense though, so there is a feature request you can vote for!

Thanks! Yeah, this feature seems pretty crucial if you want to have your characters interact with stuff in after effects. Just added another weekend’s worth of work for me. Come on Adobe, what am I paying my $60/month for?!?!
