Walk button missing from properties panel

Hi, all. I'm new to this program, and I was really digging it until I got ready to set my character to walk but couldn't find the walk button in the properties panel. In the vid tuts I've watched, I see that it is supposed to be below triggers, but alas, no button. Went searching through the dropdowns and still no luck. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Am I missing something? If anyone can help I'd be most thankful. 🙂

Nevermind! Sorry. I missed the part where I need to add the walk behavior to my root folder.
