Walk cycle legs reversed

Hi I'm problems with my walk cycle, the arms and legs are bending the wrong way. I can change the elbow bend for the arms but I'm not sure what to do with the legs. I've also tried moving the knee but it doesn't make a difference.

This is the output photo when. The arms and legs are going the opposite way for some reason.

First of all, your appendages are reversed - they should be set up by YOUR right and left, not your character's right and left. I know, CH is silly that way. Fix the tags and let's see if that helps.

Looking at your rigging, I saw that you also have your parts in the right quarter, indicating that the character is walking to the right. I believe that it will need to be balanced with a left quarter as well and tagged appropriately. Walk does not work very well without the balance.

this can happen due to multiple problems, walk and limb on same body layer cause this problem, you can turn off one and check it. BUT: in limb IK there is this option "Reverse Leg bend" click it and it will go. but you need Limk IK behaviour applied on the layer.
