Hi Heiheing,

Having just created a whole lot of walk puppets on the ElectroPuppet Store, I know it can be a tricky process! Hard to help without seeing an example. Where you place the shoulders, the hips and the torso will give you all sorts of different results. I had to move everything around many times to get the walk I was after. I also had to change the puppet artwork to work better with the built-in walk cycle.

There are also settings for hip and shoulder sway that can change the walk, as well as the speed, distance etc. Okay Samurai's tutorial really is the best resource to learn that. That and lots of trial and error. If you post something here, someone should be able to give you some pointers.

Hope that is of some help though!
