I am finding that my dragging movements look choppy when running through and converting to video files. is there any way to make them go a bit smoother?

Thanks!

There are many possible causes.
What is the frame rate of the scene in Adobe Ch?
What is the frame rate of the video in Adobe Me when you export it?
If the number is low, the video will be choppy.

Thanks for the reply.
It may be due to machine power.......

Is the size 4K or Full HD? The larger the size, the harder it is on your processing speed.
Try exporting a smaller size video. For example, 854x480 24fps (16:9)
Does the video still move choppily?
If possible, please upload your video file.

Thank you
