Wie bekomme ich es hin, dass meine Marionetten weichere Bewegungen machen?

It depends on what part you need to smooth out. For instance, in Eye Gaze Properties, there is an attribute for "smoothing" that has a default value of 15%. Increasing that value will make the eyes move more smoothly.
