When character stop walking I'm not able to move head (if feet are fixed)

As subject says: Stopping the walk (releaseing the arrow key) I'm not able anymore to move head, and it shakes weirdly. 

Any suggestion?

So those fixed handles you have in the first screen don't matter - for walk you need the legs to be indepenent and moving on their own. Recently the Walk behavior added a "pin feet" paramater that will try to do this automatically, but it does lead to some weirdness where head movements will move the hips more than the head. The way around this would be to make a three-view character (like Eliza on https://okaysamurai.com/puppets) where you have more control over the standing view.
