Where did my sound go?

I completed all these animation successfully then when I play them in QT or FCP the sound is cut off, mis aligned or gone completely? There should be NO REASON to cut off my first words since I have learned the 3 beeps only signafy to me to count 3 more seconds longer since there is such a delay in the acutal recording. 

I feel sometimes this works great, and sometimes not so much. I still would like a vidoe on the interface since I have lost some of the visible editin windows on my application workspace and still can not find them.
