Where to buy puppets?

Just wondering if there is a good resource for buying puppets. I'm not an artist. So, I don't want to try and start from scratch. I'm looking for normal human characters.

Graphicmama is the only one I know of.  https://graphicmama.com/blog/free-adobe-puppet-templates/   There are probably others. No experience with any of them, but used the one of their free puppets before and worked fine.
