Try it on every independent part (with the crown icon). That should carry through to anything in that part's grouping.

That yellow thing is showing everything that is warping together, so even though the Head is selected, it will also show every layer contained within the Professora group unless the layer is "Warp Independent(has a crown icon).

So in this case, the Head and Body are on the same "mesh".

That said, looking at your screenshot, it seems like the mesh should be smaller. Any chance "Professora" or "Body" is set to Rectangular? It's also possible you have stray pixels that are causing our "Auto" mesh to pick rectangular for that "Body" layer.
