My Character Animate wont download.

I am up dating all the programs I use. When I got to Character Animate all downloading stopped. It stayed that way until I finally just cancelled the one for Character Animate. But now, an hour later it still shows 'cancelling' as the status. How do I correct this?

Sounds like a creative cloud issue. Does restarting your computer help? If not, try: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues
