Please Install Adobe Media Encoder

I am trying to export video from Character Animator. every time I try, it says. "Please install Adobe Media Encoder." It is installed (version 14.4 - build 35). Character Anmator is version Beta 6 x161

Help! Have to complete a project..

You need to make sure you use compatible versions. You need to upgrade Media encoder probably. I don't ever recall seeing a table of compatible versions... on error messages when it is wrong.

i don't suggest going back to an older version of ch unless necessary, as it could fail if you project uses new features.
