There's definitely something simple I'm missing here, but I'm using a default mouth and an alternate mouth in a swap set that I made automatic lip sync takes from (and the visemes are show do show up) but nothing happens on playback. Both are tagged as mouths with a Lip Sync behavior. The trigger is working as well, but how do I make them show and (assuming I can accomplish that) determine when one shows and the other doesn't? Thanks to anyone who might have any idea.
In the second screen shot, in the bottom right corner, you can see “Lip Sync” with various layers and the number 0 against each. This means the lipsync behavior has not found the layers to control. You want those values to be 2 (or two lipsync behaviors each with values of 1).
I would check the tags on your puppet And the position of the lipsync behavior. I notice you have some behavior on the Mouth and AltMouth layers. If this is the lipsync behavior, try moving it up a layer So it can see the M

I just wanted to add that if you set the tags correctly and you have the lip sync behaviour above the mouth group it still may not work... there is a fix and often you have to play with the hierarchy of your layers.... and even then it won't work.
