Puppet slowly falls offscreen in a scene

I’ve already made a few puppets with success in the last few weeks. However, now with a new puppet (using the template of a previous puppet which I’ve made, that is attempting the same functions and perspective), everytime i open up the puppet in a scene, it just slowly falls off the screen.

i managed to get the puppet standing still at one point (I was trying different things and it worked). But, whenever I attempt to drag the body while having the feet planted, he doesn’t return normally, and instead, has some sort of a slow-mo inertia that keeps moving in a direction until he  body bends all the way down until his head touches the ground.

Best way to describe it, would be having a very weak and pliable/bendable spine

Any ideas what‘s happenin?

Have you tried clicking the refresh button bottom right of scene window? Two arrows in cycle icon.

Sounds bizarre!

Ideas - dangles weighing it down Put on head instead of independent hair layer???

screen shots might help, maybe with mesh on. Or export puppet. That one sounds weird!

Omg, I finally figured it out.

Thanks to your comment, I decided to have a look at each layer with mesh on and found a dangle point on the puppetse forehead, which was not visible before without mesh on.

That was what was causing him to fall out of screen.

Very grateful for your help !
