I placed Character Animator Scene in Premiere using Dynamic Link. And I placed two kinds of simple clips. It is an image written as Hello World. The clip of 640 x 480 pixels has expanded to 200%.

The video output directly from Premiere looks like the following image.

However, the video output via Media Encoder looks like the following image.

Clip quality expanded to 200% is low.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Sounds like an AME setting. What are your output settings? But in general, anything above 100% risks being blurry/pixelated.
