how to integrate facebook pixel code in opencart ?

I have found a code here but not sure if it will track the conversion pixel from facebook ads please suggest. Also, i found one more at purchasetheme.com and little confused.

I download a free version but, that does not work for the new version of opencart 3.x. The purchased version is working fine to me as well It is really frustrating with most support but, they provide great support. I really appreciate them for the good work.
