Premire / Extendscript - Manipulating graphic element

Hi

I have a sequence with a graphic element. I can "find" the element with

qe.project.getActiveSequence().getVideoTrackAt(2).getItemAt(0);
But.. how can I get access to the properties and change the text in the graphic element?

Usually i am trying with Photoshop, Corel and Autocad

But often i am using the Photoshop

This should be an ideal forum for this question, but unfortunately nobody seems to come here. At least almost nobody. So I suggest you post this in the product specific forum, where the developer questions are mixed with the regular user questions, because Adobe closed down the SDK forums, in their wisdom...
