Having issues with e-mails sent wtih CF8 being marked as
having Bad E-mail headers and then marked as spam by spam filtering
systems... Declude in particular. Standard settings of UTF for
encoding.

Ok, found the problem. Specifying an IP address for the mail
server in the ColdFusion Administrator rather than a full domain
name creates an invalid Message-ID (at least to Declude).
