The last section here seems incorrect. It talks about the code needed in the ehcache.xml to create a user-defined cache, but then the code block shown is all CFML. That should NOT go into that XML file. Perhaps it's meant to show how to use the custom cache once created, but the preface to the final code block says clearly, "Edit ehCache.xml (cfroot/lib)to set the properties for user-defined caches as shown in the following example:"
