can't get cf server and iis to work.

I am trying to configure IIS to use ColdFusion.  When i try to bring up the ColdFusion Administrator at:

http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm

I get this error message:

I looked in the "ISAPI and CGI restrictions" and there is an entry under "tomcat_Default Web Site" with the path pointing to

   C:\ColdFusion11\config\wsconfig\1\isapi_redirect.dll

Any ideas?  I'm stuck.

Do you see cfmHandler in Handler Mappings in the the IIS manage?

I would suggest removing the configuration from the Web Server configuration tool and reapplying it. (Run is as administrator)
