CF 2025 Code Analyzer -- Export Findings

Explorer ,
Aug 01, 2025 Aug 01, 2025

Hello all,
With Code Analyzer scanning our files.  With all it fines.  Is there a way to export all that is found?
So you don't have to go one by one through each finding.

Thank you.

Actually I think if you print report, it includes all findings in that.  I was thinking it was a report for each individual finding.

Yes, using the "export" button offered in the top right of the output. See the screenshot at the bottom of the docs page about the feature.

What is that tool you are using in that screenshot?

I was referring to the "Code Analyzer" in the CF Admin control panel.

There are two "code analyzers" that Adobe provides: that code compatibility analyzer (in the cf admin, which has existed for a long time) and the security code analyzer (in cf builder, both the old eclipse and new vscode implementations, which is more recent).

It wasn't clear from your note which you meant., so it's simply that I assumed you meant the latter. And I was writing at the same time you were writing your reply to yourself.

But note that I'd provided also a link to the docs for my screenshot, so you could have answered this for yourself. I try to help beyond simple answers. 🙂

Ok, cool.  I am not mad at you, please don't take offense. As none was intended.
I was just not aware of the tool you were using, so I was curious as to what tool it was.

I will try and be more precise in future posts.....if of course I know there are multiple things that my posts can be confused with.   I will also make use of the screenshot feature, with my posts.

No offense taken. Indeed, I had ended with a smile emoji specifically hoping to avoid such a misinterpretation. We're all here to help or be helped. Sadly, sometimes words get in the way. 🙂
