CF file conversion

I have a small community based website.

I just imcorporated a section where people can upload videos and news they capture.
How do I automatically convert that file to FLV on the upload, currently, I have to open up another program and manually convert each file..

Has to be a better way...

Hoping I can do it with coldfusion...

Just a guess, but I would think this would require the Flash Communications Server. May be possible to use CFEXECUTE to command line the flash conversion utility, but I don't know the licensing implications there.

Guys - I have a similar request - I need to convert a swf which loads assets dynamically to a video file - do you know if CF can do this or any product (needs to be batch),
